Tribal Inspired
After doing some research I have found that fashion has already been truly inspired by tribes and their bright colours they wear on their faces and clothes. The four images below have given me a lot of inspiration for my first design for my final shoot as I really like the style of how the images have been put together and the striking contrasts of colour in both the outfits and the make-up.
As I have found, tribal inspired make-up tends to be bright and striking to contrast against the skin tone like you can see on the images shown in the earlier post before this one. I really like the bold electric blue lip in the top left image as I think this really compliments the models skin tone. The model which I use for my first shoot will ideally be a half cast young girl so that I am able to create something similar inspired by this image.
